While preparing for my big move, I uncovered a treasure trove of vintage stamps that I collected when I was younger. I loved sorting through the different stamps, many from the U.S. and others from far away places like Denmark, Jamaica, China, and Malaysia. Here's a few snapshots of my finds.
As I mentioned last week, Happy Cactus Designs is relocating to Durango, Colorado.
All of our inventory will soon be (carefully) packed up and driven west. Here's some details on ordering and shipping delays while we make the move.
Online Shop: You are welcome to place an order in the shop while we are closed, but there will be a slight shipping delay. Orders placed between April 6 and April 14 will ship by April 17.
Wholesale Orders: We will still accept wholesale orders at this time, but these orders will not ship until the week of April 20.

One of my latest releases is a brand new Easter card. Easter is right around the corner (April 5 to be exact!) and I loved created this newest card. I recently introduced two new very colorful cards to the greeting card collection. The first is a bold and bright birthday card features layers of hand-drawn flowers. It definitely has a 70's vibe to it with the orangey yellow color palette.
Next, I was looking to design a simple yet cheery thank you card. This one works well for boys and girls, women and men, people of all ages!
I've had a fun time these past few weeks experimenting with block printing. I took Jen Hewett's awesome e-course, Design Carve Print. Through a series of videos, I learned how to take my designs and transfer them to a carving block, carve said block, and print on fabric. I'm still developing my skills, but wanted to share my first piece - a cactus stamp inspired by my cactus flat notes. I can't wait to explore this form of printing more!
One of my favorite love cards paired with my favorite fruit - the Sumo citrus. Have you had a Sumo? It's a tangerine-orange hybrid only available for a short period of time (now!). I couldn't help snapping a pick of this card in a bowl of Sumos!
I wanted to share a number of new cards I have recently added to the shop! The cards shown below were inspired by a summer road trip that I took all over Colorado. I was so enamored by the wildflowers seen while hiking that I ended up spending a lot of time sketching with my brush ink pen during the trip.
